If you receive a error like the one below, there are a number of reasons it may be happening.
- Check the web address on your PromoCard/Receipt and be sure you entered it exactly as it appears. Each promotion has a unique URL that must be used to access the promotion.
- Verify your promotion dates. Each promotion is good for a predetermined amount of time. After the promotion ends, there will be a 30 day period when you will see a "promotion expired" error. After that point, the promotion is removed from the system and you may see the 404 error below
- If you believe you have reached the page in error, submit a request.
